Listed all four shipped projects: motelsystem, SalonSystem, Obaida Beauty, eMed Store. Added Live / In-development status badges and a no-fabricated-metrics policy.

  • Refactored case studies into per-project files (mirrors the blog-posts pattern)
  • Added SalonSystem, Obaida Beauty, and eMed Store case studies — conservative skeletons until clients sign off on specific metrics
  • Status badges on the case-studies listing and home page
  • Detail pages hide the Results section when no real metrics are available — they show a polite "ask me directly" note instead
